The company MindTree, which was started by ten IT experts in August 1999, was a mid-sized IT consulting firm in India that provided key services in the networking domain: business consultation, enterprise front implementation, and product realization.

IT services, knowledge services, R&D services, testing, infrastructure management & technical support, software product engineering, and wireless devices were all launched in 2010.

MindTree stands out among the many mid-sized IT firms by emphasizing its culture and values as a major distinction. C-L-A-S-S (Caring, Learning, Achieving, Sharing, and Social Responsibility) was designed as a business value system. It is now an intrinsic element of the firm’s recruiting, recognition, and reward system.
